[Position] C&B Assistant (급여보상, 1년 이상)

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort, HR부서에서 C&B Assistant (급여보상)를 담당해 주실 해당 분야에 1년
이상의 경력자를 채용합니다. HR 시스템 사용 및 Payroll 등 다량의 인사 데이터를 직접 작업해보신
경력이 있으시거나, 테마파크, 호텔 및 리조트 업계 경험자를 우대합니다. 자세한 사항은 반드시 아래

Position Summary:
C&B Assistant runs the dedicated processes and the agenda under supervision, management, and
leadership of C&B Manager. The Assistant supports to introduce processes, collects feedback
about the performance of payroll and compensation processes and develop implements the
process improvements
Key Objectives:
•Support C&B Manager in ensuring all components of payroll & remuneration program are
delivered accurately, timely and in a cost-effective manner.
•Ensure all employee data and related benefit through payroll system & merlin system and filings
are kept up to date, in line with legal requirements and internal company procedures.
•Ensure payroll data in accordance with scheduling system and others related payroll such as tax
reports to government and four major social insurances.
Scope and Responsibilities:
•Support to create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational
culture
•Support to conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
•Apply effective communication strategies
•Assess employees needs by conducting organizational surveys
•Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the filed
•Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
•Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports
•Communicate information regarding policies and standards on Compensation and Benefits to
internal stakeholders as needed
•Capture data related to Compensation and Benefits operation processes into appropriate systems
as necessary
•Record employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system
•Lead process improvement projects as and when required
•Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing Compensation and Benefits processes
and procedures
Background and Experience:
•Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
•Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
•Experience in a theme park, hotel, resort, attraction, or entertainment a plus
•Good organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications,
compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
•Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
•A minimum of 1 years of experience
•Familiar with Korean Labor Ordinance
•Proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
Work Environment:
•Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
•Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions
Other Requirements:
•Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as
confidential.
•Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests
•Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park
operations.
•Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
•Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within
Korea.
Health & Safety:
•Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where
appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure
that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must
not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur,
they must ensure that they are reported to their line Director of Operations and must cooperate
with any investigation as appropriate.
